Simply45® has incorporated into our Standard WE/SS RJ45 Modular Plug Series many of the same ground-breaking features and innovations that we developed for our Pass Through RJ45 Modular Plug Series.

The Simply45® Standard WE/SS RJ45 modular plugs are specially designed to provide greater electrical conductivity, improved cross talk performance, and the best PoE/PoH performance; all critical to supporting today’s LAN cable applications. Our Standard WE/SS RJ45 are available for both unshielded and shielded LAN cable terminations.
Simply45® spent significant development time and resources to design Standard WE/SS RJ45 modular plugs that are OPTIMIZED to specific LAN cable diameter sizes. This required making internal design manufacturing changes to each Simply45® Standard WE/SS RJ45 Modular Plug. Matching the right plug design to the right cable is critical for maximizing the terminated cable performance. Every Simply45® RJ45 modular plug is clearly identified to work with a specific range of LAN cable diameters. Whether you are using solid or stranded LAN cables, it is critical for optimal RJ45 performance that the RJ45 is designed to work with specific LAN cable overall diameters.

Simply45® Pass-Through RJ45 Modular Plugs are Commercial Rated with the Highest Flammability Rating of any RJ45 modular plugs on the market and recommended to be used with Plenum cable. Our pass-through RJ45 plugs are UL94 V0 rated harmonized with IEC 60695-11-10. Simply45® UL94 V0 RJ45 mod plugs are rated for use with CMP Plenum cables and in Europe rated to comply with EN50575:2014 B2ca rated LAN cables. These are the highest rated Pass-Through RJ45 modular plugs. The Simply45® pass-through RJ45 modular plugs are the recommended solution for all commercial and residential installations and for any Certified System installations. Ideal for CM to CMP cables, and LSZH up to B2ca (EN50575:2014).

The Simply45® ProSeries for shielded 10G LAN cables are IEEE 802.3bt PoE compliant 10GBase-T compliant and are recommended for 10G LAN Cables Cat7a/7/6a with FPE insulated wires, and Large OD Shielded LAN cables with PE insulated wires such as Cat6 STP and Cat6a F/UTP. These plugs include some unique features that simplify the RJ45 termination process and improves the terminated plug performance. With Simply45’s ProSeries Pass-Through Shielded External Ground RJ45 mod plugs… No more headaches… no more frustration… and no more diving deep into your wallet for a 10G cable RJ45 solution. The Simply45® ProSeries Shielded w/External Ground RJ45 Pass-Through Modular Plugs are IEEE 802.3 10GBASE-T, ANSI/TIA 568, 1096-A, ISO/IEC 11801, 60603-7, 887:1992 compliant. So, no worries about these plugs working in RJ45 jacks and sockets. Everything is compliant. These plugs are also IEE 802.3bt PoE/PoH compliant and UL94 V0 rated for all commercial and residential installations.
