Can I mount the patch panels recessed in the frame?

What is the weight limit of this rack? - The specifications on this page show the weight limit as 100 lbs. But on the Great Lakes web site, the weight limit is shown as only 50 lbs.

can this rack be configured to swing left or right? I have a tight space and the swing profile has to be right to left - i.e., open on right and swing to the left.
