What's special about these fiber optic splice trays?

  • Available in wide selection of tray types in either 0.02" or 0.04" thickness to match compatibility with different styles of splice housings.
  • Trays are generously sized to provide excellent fiber loop retention for controlling the bend radius, while helping to prevent induced attenuation.
  • Designed and engineered for compatibility with indoor or outdoor housings, while supporting both loose tube and tight-buffered fiber optic cables.

After splicing, fibers are incredibly delicate and become subjected to further damage if not protected properly. There are many techniques and products available for protecting bare splices, such as mechanical enclosures and heat shrink tubing, but if you need to provide a safe location for multiple splices, a fiber splice tray would be the ideal solution. LANscape® Corning Cable Systems Fiber Splice trays use proven designs and fiber organization technology to provide optimum physical protection, management, and bending radius for spliced fibers. These splice trays are also designed to work with Corning Splice Housings for even greater protection and fiber management.
