    Question:

How do I get this item apart? Do I pry it open or try to slide the sides apart. I've tried sliding it and it doesn't budge.

Asked by Anonymous user on 06.52 PM Thursday, 07 February, 2019

    Answer:
    • - Hello, The top and the base do slide separately. It's tough to slide off because the manufacturer doesn't want this item to break or conform under pressure. If the pieces were too loose any light pressure would make them come apart easily. My advice would be to use a pair of pliers to hold the bottom or top piece while you will the other.
