These self-adhesive plastic hooks come in a variety of sizes and load capacities, from 1/2 lb to 5 lbs. They adhere easily to most flat or lightly-textured surfaces including wood, glass, tile, and painted cinder block. Easily hang pictures and more without punching holes into surfaces.

    Application Instructions:
    1. Prepare surface by cleaning it with isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Simply wipe gently and allow to dry(The use of  household cleaners for this step is not recommended as most leave a slight residue that will affect how the strips adheres).
    2. Separate the strips or remove the number of strips you need to use.
    3. Remove the RED 3M labeled liner and apply this side to the hook or clip with the rounded pull tab facing toward to the bottom of the hook.
    4. Remove the BLACK line, labeled WALL and adhere to your wall or desk.
    5. Press and hold firmly for 30 seconds and wait 1 hour before using your newly installed Command Adhesive Hook.
    Removal Instructions:
    1. Hold hook gently to prevent it from snapping fingers or damaging your wall during removal. DO NOT press clip against wall.
    2. Grab the rounded end of the Command strip and stretch it straight down along the wall, at least  6 inches(15 cm) until the strip releases from the wall . DO NOT pull the strip toward you as this may cause it to break and damage the surface it is stuck to.

     

    CAUTION:
    As a precaution DO NOT use for antiques, heirlooms, or other valuable or irreplaceable items. DO NOT hang items over beds. Use only one hook per item hung.. May not adhere well to vinyl surfaces. DO NOT use on wallpapered surfaces.

    NOTE: Apply to surfaces above 50°F (10°C). Adhesive could lose adhesion above 105°F (40°C). Hooks can be reused with replacement Command™ Strips.

    When I shower with a wash towel will these hooks stick to the bathroom tile in the shower area to allow the wash towel to dry overnight????

    • - The hooks have a weight capacity depending on which size you purchase. As long as the wet towel does not exceed the weight limit for the hook it will hold it up.

    When removing the 3m adhesive hook, the plastic tab broke. How do I remove the hook now without damaging the wall? You want to remove the adhesive slowly from corner to corner
