Material-Specific Features
- Non-Metallic PVC:
- Uses standard PVC cement so there are no expensive special formulas to purchase
- Should only be used with PVC conduit
- Metallic Aluminum:
- 1/2" to 2" sizes contain threaded connectors and a set screw, making them compatible with both EMT and rigid conduit
- Listed as rain-tight when used with rigid conduit and concrete tight for EMT, these conduit bodies may be installed in nearly any application
