The HellermannTyton CIJ4800 is a full-color, high-resolution printer for creating photo-quality labels and signs in a single pass. It minimizes material waste as well as needed supplies. The high-yield inkjet cartridge contains high-performance pigment-based inks for maximum resistance to chemicals and solvents. Applications include general or industrial-grade safety signage, GHS, lean/5S and visual workplace identification. The system is easy to use and works with HellermannTyton TagPrint® Pro labeling software.

Ink Cartridge:
This high-yield ink cartridge is a self-contained, high-resolution inkjet solution for creating photo-quality labels and signs in a single pass, speeding the printing process. High-performance, pigment-based inks provide maximum resistance to chemicals and solvents. The low-maintenance cartridge offers plug-and-play convenience.
InkJet Labels:
HellermannTyton offers a series of technologically advanced labels for use on standard inkjet printers. The labels come on 8.5" x 11" sheets and are printable using HellermannTyton’s TagPrint Pro software. A wide range of materials and sizes is available for wire and component marking. When used with pigment based inks, HellermannTyton inkjet labels offer superior non-smear marks that are chemical and solvent resistant. Even colors can be printed when used on a color inkjet printer. Inkjet labels are available in polyester or paper.
InkJet Self-Laminating Labels:
HellermannTyton's inkjet self-laminating labels are smear resistant, allowing them to be handled immediately. The labels are made of a heat resistant 1mm polyester film with a strong acrylic based adhesive. The printable area is a special ink-receptive film that absorbs the ink as it is printed on an inkjet printer.
InkJet Rolls:
HellermannTyton inkjet label rolls provide flexible options for creating full-color, chemical-resistant labels of all types. Die-cut labels come with rounded corners, ready to print safety, warning and arc-flash labeling. TagPrint® Pro software allows full-color printing of text and images. Using HellermannTyton inkjet labels saves the time and cost of ordering custom signs online, providing on-demand convenience with no minimums or long lead times.
