Our tubing offers excellent protection for wire harnesses, tubing, hose and cable. It is lightweight, very flexible and provides excellent abrasion protection. CableOrganizer.com now offers military specification flexible convoluted tubing. Manufactured from a variety of materials, our tubing can be used in a wide variety of environments, and is produced to Mil Specs MIL-T-81914/ variants 1-6 in both standard and extra flexible. Extra flexible convoluted tubing is achieved by manufacturing tubing with a greater number of convolutions per inch. These extra convolutions allow the material to flex without kinking around tighter bend diameters.   |
- Continuous operating temperature -454°F to 500°F (-270°C to 260°C)
- Outstanding resistance to almost any chemical known (exceptions: alkali metals in molten state, fluorine gas at high temperatures, chlorine trifluoride).
- Very low coefficient of friction
- Good dielectric strength
- UL 94 V0 Flame rated
- Does not support combustion
- Limiting Oxygen Index greater than 95
- MIL-T-81914 rated (/1 for standard flex, and /2 for extra flexible)
- FDA and USP Class VI approved material
- ETO and autoclave sterilizable
