The Flex Tubing Cable Organizer is a plastic (polyethylene) corrugated split tubing. It is manufactured in different sizes ranging from 1/4" i.d. (6mm) to 2" (50mm). Our tubing offers excellent protection for wiring harnesses, cables, tubing and hoses. It is very light in weight, has excellent flexibility and provides protection from abrasion, puncture, vibration and friction. It also protects against heat (up to 200°F), sunlight, water, snow, ice, salt, and automotive fluids. Split loom corrugated tubing is ideal for wrapping up your cables and organizing them into a neat package. Instead of having multiple tangled wires and cables, you are left with one neat and orderly cable bundle.
We also recommend using cable wraps or cable ties on each end to help you control the wires more effectively. Other colors available upon request. Minimums may apply. Bulk quantities are available here.
UL rated materials, FDA approved materials and many other thermoplastics are available.
A variety of colors are available.- Dimensions may vary slightly due to the different characteristics of the materials.
- Convoluted tubing can be ordered slit or unslit.
- Slit tubing is designed to install easily on any assembly and the slit closes to complete the installation.
- Packaging is available in bulk or small box quantities, cut to length, coiled and tied on the reels.
