In these capacities, Holstein is charged with strategic planning as well as overseeing the company's marketing and web design. In just five years under Valerie's leadership, company revenues are forecasted to exceed $11 million by the end of 2007.
In addition to owning and operating the industry leading eCommerce site www.CableOrganizer.com, the company also owns www.CableOrganizer.fr, which is operated out of Rennes, France, to propagate its influence in the throughout the entire European marketplace and beyond.
Throughout 2007, Holstein's CableOrganizer.com received numerous honors and awards. The company was named among Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500 list of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies, and Internet Retailer magazine's 2007 "Top 500" Retail Web sites. CableOrganizer.com was also named the Best Overall Company of the Year - Non-Services Businesses - Up To 100 Employees in the 3rd annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business, an international competition recognizing the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, business owners, and the companies they run. Prior to co-founding CableOrganizer.com in 2002, from 2001 to 2002 Holstein served as VP of Sales Assistant and Drafter at Buchanan Screens, a major fabricator of screen enclosures in South Florida. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2001 Holstein served as an Office Manager for Transeastern Properties, a large home building company in Florida.

Prior to co-founding CableOrganizer.com in 2002, from 2000 to 2003 Holstein held a position as Project Manger/SAP Trainer at Computer Sciences Corporation, a multi-national technology outsourcing services company, located in Falls Church, Virginia. There Holstein became the "go-to" expert on SAP (an ERP solution) having developed SAP training materials and delivered training to over 1,200 users throughout North America.
Before this, from 1997 to 2000 Holstein served as a BPCS Practice Manager at Work Software, LLC, a large regional business services consulting firm, out of Greenboro, North Carolina, where he brought in over $500,000 in new revenue in his first two years with the company. Other of Holstein's professional experience includes serving as Controller at K. Hovnanian Enterprises in Margate, Florida, President of InterAd Corporation in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and VP of Administration of Weitzer Homes in Miami Florida.
Holstein, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, earned a Bachelor of Science. degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University
