What's special about these patch cords?

Use Leviton’s GigaMax Category 5e 110 style patch cords to cross connect between 110 blocks or between 110 blocks and patch panels for meeting or exceeding TIA/EIA –568.B category 5e channel performance and class E requirements of ISO /IEC 11801-B.
They can also be purchased for both T568A and T568B wiring configurations.
Use/Application
Leviton’s GigaMax Category 5e 110 style patch cords are used to cross connect between 110 blocks or between 110 blocks and patch panels ensuring category 5e channel level performance when used with cat 5e cable.
Features & Benefits
- Available in 110 to 110 Cat 5e configuration for block cross connects and in 110 to both T568A and T568B wiring configurations to meet your wiring options
- Strain relief boot on RJ45 cords protect the cords for long lasting installations
- Available in many lengths for just about any size configuration requirement
- Meets and exceeds Category 5e requirements for channel level performance per TIA/EIA 568-B and Class E requirements of ISO / IEC 11801-B for great high speed performance
- All components are UL, CUL, NOM and ACA requirements
- The plug body is fire retardant plastic rated UL94V-0 and impact resistant for durability
- All spring wires are made from high quality copper alloy to ensure solid connections
- Manufactured to provide excellent electrical contact and durability, the RJ 45 plugs are plated with 50 micro inches of gold and the 110-style plug is plated with 3 micro inches of gold with over 100 micro inches of nickel.
