Tracking numbers are updated during business hours on weekdays only. If you place an order online in the evening or on weekends, its status may not be available until we refresh our database on the next business day.
Some items with a lead time may show as shipped, even if they have not left our facilities yet. The date shown on these items is the date when the order was sent to production. If no tracking number is associated with your order, it most likely has not shipped yet.
