Magic Maintenance
Magic Maintenance, Inc. was created to provide a one stop service company for people in the food, HVAC, electrical, and material handling business. Having been in the service industry for over 25 years, both Bob and John realized how important it was to have a service company not only have the ability to service many pieces of equipment, but to also do it well.
In September of 1985 Bob and his partner, John Roberts began Magic Maintenance. Bob s Morrisville home would serve as headquarters for Magic, with the finished attic serving as the office, and the single car garage as the warehouse. Bob s wife, Barbara answered the incoming service calls as well as handled the bookkeeping duties. On occasion, she was also required to receive in orders from the UPS, FedEx, and eighteen wheelers which would pull up to the front door. Luckily, the neighbors did not complain!
