The Black Box ServSwitch DVI Fiber Optic KVM Extenders bring versatile KVM extension capability to your DVI-D video applications. These DVI Fiber Optic KVM Extenders enable you to send keyboard, mouse, and DVI-D video signals at up to 1312.3 feet (400 m) over multimode fiber or at up to 6.2 miles (10 km) over single-mode fiber. You have four models to choose from.   |

The single DVI USB models work with a USB keyboard and mouse over fiber. You can connect a keyboard, mouse, and DVI-D monitor directly to the computer on the transmitting end of the link and a KVM console with a DVI-D monitor on the receiving end. This method of dual access allows you to use your computer at either location.
The dual DVI models are built for computers with dual video heads. The dual DVI models allow you to connect up to two DVI-D monitors directly to the computer on the transmitting end of the link and two DVI-D monitors at the receiving KVM console. These models also work with a USB keyboard and mouse over fiber.
These ServSwitch DVI Fiber Optic KVM Extenders allow you to have more monitors connected to your computer so that you can put a different application on each monitor. Also, if you have an application that uses a lot of small windows, you can expand it across both monitors to provide more work space.
