The compact and easy-to-use design of the LabelWriter Duo allows you to print paper labels for envelopes and packages as well as permanent color cassette labels for filing and other office needs. Like all LabelWriter models, Duo lets you print directly from Microsoft® Word, WordPerfect®, Outlook®, QuickBooks®, ACT!®, and other software.

The LabelWriter Duo also prints DYMO® Stamps™ postage labels and professional looking customized labels. Your favorite fonts and graphics can be used to print labels up to 1" wide with standard label cassettes. Each label takes one second per die cut paper label and 1/2" per second when printing permanent label cassettes.
